How to Write a Gratitude List

As we head into the colder months and continue to live in this “new normal”, it’s important to be aware of your mental health and practice self-care. Something I’ve been tackling lately is creating a “gratitude list”. This article helps highlight the steps needed in order to start making this a habit.
