The Power of PSAs

Public Service Announcements, or PSAs, are short messages on radio, television, and/or social media that are disseminated for free in order to raise awareness of, and change public attitudes and behaviors toward a social issue.

PSAs have been around since the Advertising Council was formed as the United States was entering World War II.

The impact of these types of announcements is amazing and here are a couple of learning opportunities for Sacramento County Youth to create and share.
