On Sunday in Wheatland, California I once again had the honor of seeing one of my all-time favorite bands- Red Hot Chili Peppers. DUDE! They are incredible live, not to mention, timeless and beautiful.
In the song EDDIE, they pay tribute to the life and times of Van Halen’s founding member and lead guitarist Eddie Van Halen. What makes the song incredible is the way the lyrics capture some of the more memorable moments of Eddie Van Halen’s life while the guitar solo of the song pays homage to Eddie’s aggressive style of guitar playing.
The song is phenomenal live and while driving down your favorite highway. Enjoy!
