Anti-Racism in Classical Studies

It’s hard to talk about classical studies without also mentioning how exclusionary the discipline has been. There are many efforts underway across the field of Classics to confront the longtime and damaging exclusion of underrepresented groups, especially Black and other people of color, from the field.

This is where “our peeps” come into the picture, as we continue to practice anti-racism in our respective fields having resources like those compiled by Washington University in Saint Louis (where GABY Alum Dajuantay Wynter is currently a student) is incredibly important and applicable in lots of environments.
