We have officially finished the first month of the new year and hopefully some of us are still sticking with our new year’s resolutions. For those of us who are not, and full transparency I definitely am not, there is no reason not to try to start new habits through the rest of the year. It helps to have some creative tricks to start some healthier behaviors, so here are 17 ways to incorporate more vegetables in your diet.
