I think YDN just has a real magical way of bringing out the best in people, including youth and adults. It’s just a really special way of discovering your strengths and seeing those strengths in other people. I think they just have a really great way of being able to do that.

The greatest value of this is that we now have the knowledge to put things in place to fix what we can fix and the confidence to do that. We’ve come together as a team, which will end up being as a school together to create change.
