I Love You - Fontaines D.C.

If you know me you know that my musical taste covers everything from hip-hop to reggae to alternative and punk. Lately, my late-night drives are filled with Fontaines D.C., an Irish post-punk band formed in Dublin around 2014.

One listen to this song and you’ll get why I love listening to this song while driving through the streets and highways of the Sacramento Region. To me, they are a modern version of Joy Division of Joy Division- Sheer angst and poetry. I definitely am looking forward to seeing them live when they come to town.
